Big Island Bees

Big Island Bees is a premier producer Bee keeper close upof pure and organic Hawaiian honey on Hawai‘i Island. Accompanied by an experienced beekeeper, guests on its tours will be safely located behind a screened fence for close-up observations of bee colonies, with an opportunity to learn and ask questions about bees, beekeeping, and honey production.

The tours are held twice a day, Monday through Friday free of charge; reservations are required.

Interior of MuseumThe beekeeping museum and farm store are open to the public 10 -4 , Monday through Friday. There you may watch an indoor observation hive and learn more about the ancient art of beekeeping. Enjoy free samples of single blossom Hawaiian honeys and other products made from gifts of the hive.
